A quick and easy pasta that the whole family will love.
Ingredients
- 1 leek sliced washed
- 420 g red canned kidney beans drained
- 400 g canned diced tomato
- 2 tsp Italian dried mixed herbs
- 2 tbs parmesan cheese
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 beef stock cube crumbled
- 1 cup tomato soup
- 1 tbs oil
- 250 g penne cooked
Method

Step 1Heat oil in large frying pan. Add leeks and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 2Add pasta and cook until very lightly browned.

Step 3Add herbs and beef cube. Stir.

Step 4Add sauce, diced tomatoes, soup, salt, pepper and kidney beans.

Step 5Stir until combined and heated through. Add Parmesan, stir and serve.
