Made with olive oil, so very moist.
Ingredients
- 1 tbs oil
- 2 banana chopped
- 1 apple grated small
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbs water
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup raw sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup vanilla yoghurt
- 1 3/4 cup self-raising flour
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 175C (fan-forced).

Step 2Oil a 12 cup muffin pan.

Step 3Place flour, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl.

Step 4Make a well in the centre, add egg and yoghurt, slowly stir through.

Step 5Add chopped banana, apple, olive oil and water. Stir until just mixed.

Step 6Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Recipe Notes
You may only need 2 tablespoons of water, it depends on the consistency, it shouldn't be too runny. You can add your choice of nuts too. Ice with cream cheese icing.
