A crunchy sweet treat. This recipe is very simple to make and very delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 banana
- 1 tbs raw sugar
- 1 tbs milk
Method

Step 1Cut thawed pastry into 10 cm squares.

Step 2Cut banana into small slices and lay on one side of pastry.

Step 3Glaze the edges with milk and fold in half.

Step 4Press edges down and sprinkle sugar on top.

Step 5Place on tray and bake at 180C for approximately 12 minutes or until puffed and golden.
Recipe Notes
These are best eaten on the day they are made or they will become soft and not crisp, but they'll still be yummy. You can also add frozen berries too.
