Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbs raw sugar
  • 1 tbs milk

Method

  • Step 1
    Cut thawed pastry into 10 cm squares.
  • Step 2
    Cut banana into small slices and lay on one side of pastry.
  • Step 3
    Glaze the edges with milk and fold in half.
  • Step 4
    Press edges down and sprinkle sugar on top.
  • Step 5
    Place on tray and bake at 180C for approximately 12 minutes or until puffed and golden.
Recipe Notes

These are best eaten on the day they are made or they will become soft and not crisp, but they'll still be yummy. You can also add frozen berries too.
