A great way to use leftover ham.
Ingredients
- 300 g spirals pasta shapes
- 250 g frozen spinach thawed
- 200 g ham (deli) chopped
- 130 handfuls canned corn drained
- 1 1/2 cup cheese grated
- 1 tbs shallots thinly sliced *to taste
- 3 egg
- 185 ml thickened cream
- 1 garlic clove crushed
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Cook pasta as directed and drain well.

Step 3Squeeze excess liquid from spinach. Combine pasta, spinach, ham, corn, shallots and 1 cup of grated cheese in a large bowl.

Step 4Whisk together eggs, cream and garlic.

Step 5Pour over pasta mixture and stir until just combined.

Step 6Spoon into greased casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Step 7Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until golden.

Step 8Serve with salad and garlic bread.
