This delicious creamy Baileys eggnog cocktail is the perfect tipple for Christmas Eve - for adults only, of course.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup thickened cream
- 1/2 tsp caster sugar
- 1/4 cup Baileys Irish cream
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg, plus extra to serve
Method

Step 1Using a whisk or handheld beaters, beat 1/2 cup cream with sugar until stiff.

Step 2In a cocktail shaker or lidded jar, place remaining ingredients along with remaining 1/4 cup cream and 6-8 ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour into two serving glasses - you can strain the ice or leave it in. Spoon or pipe whipped cream on top and sprinkle over a little extra ground nutmeg.
Recipe Notes
Freshly grated nutmeg is always best, but you can purchase it ground.
Of course it’s up to you if you want to increase the booziness by adding more Baileys.
