Possibly the yummiest jaffle on earth! And a very quick snack to make.
Ingredients
- 1 tbs oil
- 120 g skin-off chicken breast fillet
- 1 1/2 tsp tomato paste
- 4 slices bread
- 2 slices cheese large
- 30 g ham (deli) sliced
Method

Step 1In a small non-stick frying pan, heat a tablespoon of oil and fry the chicken until cooked. Remove and slice the chicken.

Step 2Spread tomato paste over two slices of bread and top with chicken, cheese and ham.

Step 3Place remaining slices of bread on top.

Step 4Place in a heated jaffle iron or jaffle maker and brown to preference.
Recipe Notes
For a healthier recipe, use cooking spray instead of oil and reduced-salt tomato paste instead of the regular kind.
