Ingredients
- 1 sheet shortcrust pastry
- 1 canola oil spray
- 1 carrot grated large
- 1 brown onion grated small
- 4 bacon rashers finely chopped rindless
- 310 g canned corn drained
- 7 large egg beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp parsley chopped
- 1 1/2 cup tasty cheese shredded
- 1 pinch paprika
Method

Step 1Lightly grease a 23 cm baking tin and line with pastry.

Step 2In a large bowl, mix everything but the eggs and extra paprika.

Step 3Add the mixture to an oil-sprayed tin and pour beaten eggs over, ensuring the egg gets to the bottom and covers all the vegetables.

Step 4Layer cheese over the top, sprinkle with paprika and bake in a medium-hot oven for about 45 minutes or until cooked through.
