Ingredients
- 1 avocado large
- 200 g natural yoghurt
- 1/2 lemon juiced

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Equipment
- 1 blender
Recipe Notes
Makes about 1½ cups.
Nice as an accompaniment to anything hot and spicy e.g.tortillas.
Will last in fridge for a few days.
