Ingredients
- 250g butter, room temperature
- 4 tbs cornflour sifted
- 4 tbs icing sugar sifted
- 1 1/2 cup plain flour sifted
Icing
- 1 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 tbs vanilla essence
- 2 tbs Lurpak* Butter, room temperature

Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 160C.

Step 2In a high sided bowl, beat together butter and icing sugar, then gradually beat in flour and cornflour.

Step 3Roll teaspoon-sized balls of dough in balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Leave roughly 3cm between each one. Use a fork to gently flatten the tops.

Step 4Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden.

Step 5Mix icing ingredients together. Ice when biscuits are cool.
