These 6-ingredient bites have all the flavour of a traditional ANZAC biscuit, but in bliss ball form.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup liquid coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes toasted
Method

Step 1Process oats in a food processor until coarsely chopped.

Step 2Add the desiccated coconut, honey, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Pulse to combine.

Step 3Roll 1 tablespoon of mixture into a ball, then roll in the toasted coconut flakes. Transfer to a plate. Continue with the remaining mixture.

Step 4Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour to chill.
