Pork chops are always a winner, and these ones have been doused in a tasty marinade before a quick spin in the air fryer. Delicious!
Ingredients
- 600g pork chops
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp seeded mustard
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
Method
-
Step 1Place pork chops in a shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chops. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate.
-
Step 2Set air fryer to 200C and preheat for 5 minutes. Place chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket and baste well with marinade. Sprinkle liberally with salt. Cook for 12 minutes, checking at the halfway point to brush on more marinade.
Recipe Notes
+ 1 hour marinating.
Serve with mashed potato and steamed green vegetables or a hearty salad.
I cooked three large pork chops in a single layer in my air fryer basket. You can scale up the recipe if you have more people to feed.
Switch out the fresh rosemary for another teaspoon of dried herbs.
