Use up the dregs of your peanut butter and save on washing up, by making (or shaking!) this super easy sauce in the jar. It's delicious with chicken, as a dressing on a noodle salad or warmed as a dip or stir-fry sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 tbs peanut butter, in the jar
- 270ml Ayam coconut milk
- 1 lime
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs honey
Method
-
Step 1Add the coconut milk, juice of 1 lime, soy sauce and honey to the jar of peanut butter (with approximately 4 tbs peanut butter still inside). Screw the lid back on and shake for about 30 seconds.
-
Step 2Remove the lid, scrape any excess from the sides and shake for another 30 seconds. Add water to reach right consistency.
-
Step 3Serve cold as salad dressing or dip. Alternatively, warm in a pan on low heat until it starts to bubble to use as a warm dip or stir-fry sauce.
