Ingredients

  • 4 tbs peanut butter, in the jar
  • 270ml Ayam coconut milk
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tbs honey

Method

  • Step 1
Add the coconut milk, juice of 1 lime, soy sauce and honey to the jar of peanut butter (with approximately 4 tbs peanut butter still inside). Screw the lid back on and shake for about 30 seconds.
  • Step 2
Remove the lid, scrape any excess from the sides and shake for another 30 seconds. Add water to reach right consistency.
