You only need five ingredients to create this delicious creamy chicken pasta that even the kids will love. Better yet, it can be prepped in the morning - just give it a little extra time in the oven if baking it straight from the fridge.
Ingredients
- 400g rigatoni pasta
- 400g chicken breasts, diced
- 420g tin condensed cream of chicken soup
- 300g sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheese
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Cook pasta according to packet instructions.

Step 3Cook chicken in a medium frypan until just cooked through.

Step 4In a large bowl, whisk together soup and sour cream. Add chicken and drained pasta and stir to combine. Pour into a large casserole dish and top with grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes until golden.

Notes:
- Use any large pasta.
- I used a combination of tasty and mozzarella cheese.
- Serve with a green salad.
- You could add some mixed green veggies to the pasta mix before baking.
