Have dessert ready in a flash with this 15 minute sheet pan crumble. Use tinned apples and some pantry staples and you’ll be enjoying sweets in no time at all.
Ingredients
- 770g tin apple slices
- 1 cup toasted muesli
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 100g butter, melted
Method

Step 1Preheat oven top 200C. Lightly grease a shallow 38cm x 26cm sheet pan. Drain apples and place in a single layer on the pan.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Mix through melted butter and combine well. Sprinkle over apples. Bake for 10 minutes until golden.

Step 3Serve with vanilla ice-cream and cream.
Recipe Notes
You could replace the tinned apples with peaches, mixed berries or even defrosted frozen fruit.
