15-minute sheet pan crumble

Have dessert ready in a flash with this 15 minute sheet pan crumble. Use tinned apples and some pantry staples and you’ll be enjoying sweets in no time at all. - Greer Worsley

Ingredients

  • 770g tin apple slices
  • 1 cup toasted muesli
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 100g butter, melted

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven top 200C. Lightly grease a shallow 38cm x 26cm sheet pan. Drain apples and place in a single layer on the pan.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Mix through melted butter and combine well. Sprinkle over apples. Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
  • Step 3
    Serve with vanilla ice-cream and cream.
Recipe Notes

You could replace the tinned apples with peaches, mixed berries or even defrosted frozen fruit.
