Ingredients

Zoodles

  • 4 zucchinis medium
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbs olive oil

Method

  • Step 1
    Using a spiralizer, slice the zucchinis into long 'zoodles'.
  • Step 2
    Toss 'zoodles' in salt.
  • Step 3
    Pat dry with paper towel to remove extra moisture.
  • Step 4
    Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Step 5
    Add the zoodles and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Remove from heat and toss with JohT's Vegetarian Mushroom Bolognaise Sauce.
  • Step 7
    Enjoy!
