Zoodles are a fantastic alternative to spaghetti. This dish is light and pairs perfectly with a bolognese sauce that's absolutely perfect anytime of year.
Ingredients
Zoodles
- 4 zucchinis medium
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbs olive oil
Method

Step 1Using a spiralizer, slice the zucchinis into long 'zoodles'.

Step 2Toss 'zoodles' in salt.

Step 3Pat dry with paper towel to remove extra moisture.

Step 4Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Step 5Add the zoodles and saute for 2 minutes.

Step 6Remove from heat and toss with JohT's Vegetarian Mushroom Bolognaise Sauce.

Step 7Enjoy!
