Made with Violet Crumble chocolate bars, this easy no-bake cheesecake is quick to prepare and will be enjoyed by everyone.
Ingredients
Base
- 250g Arnott's Nice biscuits
- 1/3 cup butter melted
Filling
- 500g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 50g Nestle Violet Crumble chocolate honeycomb bar crushed
- 1/2 cup thickened cream
Method

Step 1Mix biscuits crumbs and butter in blender, and then press into a 20cm springform pan and refrigerate.

Step 2Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer for 2 minutes or until smooth. Add sugar and cream and mix.

Step 3Fold crushed Violet Crumble into mixture and refrigerate until set.
