If you love trifle and strawberries, then you'll love this delicious, quick and easy dessert. This is a family favourite on Christmas Day.
Ingredients
- 250g jam sponge roll
- 1 tbs sherry optional
- 2 x 85g packets Aeroplane Jelly Strawberry
- 600ml milk
- 85g instant strawberry pudding mix
- 300ml thickened cream
- 250g fresh strawberries
- 425g canned peaches drained
- 1 Cadbury Flake chocolate bar shaved
Method

Step 1Set 1 of the jellies in a shallow dish or cake tin following packet instructions.

Step 2Slice jam roll into 2cm pieces and place over base of glass bowl. Sprinkle with sherry.

Step 3Make up second lot of jelly and pour over cake. Refrigerate until set.

Step 4Dice first set jelly and layer over cake. Follow with a layer of peaches.

Step 5Combine milk and pudding mix in a bowl and whisk until mixture is thick.

Step 6Spread pudding mix over peaches. Chill.

Step 7Beat cream until soft peaks form and spread over pudding mix.

Step 8Decorate top with fresh strawberries and crumbled Flake bar.

Step 9Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Recipe Notes
You'll need 2 x 85g packets of jelly.
You can use any shaved chocolate.
