Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 packets malt biscuits
  • 400 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 600 ml Woolworths Thickened Cream
  • 1 Crunchie chocolate honeycomb bar large

Method

  • Step 1
    Line a lamington tray with Glad Wrap and place a layer of biscuits on top.
  • Step 2
    Whip condensed milk and cream together until thick. Fold through crumbled chocolate bar and spread mixture over biscuits.

  • Step 3
    Top with remaining biscuits.
  • Step 4
    Cover and freeze overnight. Cut into sections and serve.
Recipe Notes

I use Westons malt biscuits.

Any chocolate bar could be used to your liking. At Christmas time you could add mixed dried fruit.
