Quick, easy and delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 packets malt biscuits
- 400 g sweetened condensed milk
- 600 ml Woolworths Thickened Cream
- 1 Crunchie chocolate honeycomb bar large
Method

Step 1Line a lamington tray with Glad Wrap and place a layer of biscuits on top.

Step 2Whip condensed milk and cream together until thick. Fold through crumbled chocolate bar and spread mixture over biscuits.

Step 3Top with remaining biscuits.

Step 4Cover and freeze overnight. Cut into sections and serve.
Recipe Notes
I use Westons malt biscuits.
Any chocolate bar could be used to your liking. At Christmas time you could add mixed dried fruit.
