For the perfect after dinner dessert try these 3 ingredient fruit mince cigars.
Ingredients
- 1/2 packet filo pastry sheets
- 2 cups fruit mince *see notes
- 50 g butter melted
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Use two sheets of filo pastry. Brush one sheet with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Place next sheet on top and repeat.

Step 3Place 1/2 cup of fruit mince along the short side of the sheets and roll up to form a cigar shape.

Step 4Cut into desired lengths and bake at 180C until brown and crisp. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
