A simple, easy to make snack that the kids will love to help you make.
Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast fillet
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
Method

Step 1Chop chicken into cubes about 5cm x 5cm.

Step 2Dip in beaten egg.

Step 3Roll in breadcrumbs.

Step 4Shallow fry for 2-3 minutes each side, or bake in the oven at 175C for approximately 20 minutes (oven times will vary).

Step 5Serve hot.
Equipment
- 1 knife
- 1 chopping board
- 1 frying pan
Recipe Notes
You can add herbs, garlic powder, chilli powder or curry powder to vary the taste. Our kids just love them plain.
Chicken thigh fillets can also be used.
