Ingredients

  • 3 eggs separated
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup Baileys Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 rockmelon
  • 1 watermelon
  • 1 punnet fresh strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 honeydew melon

Method

  • Step 1
    Whip egg whites until stiff.

    In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks and brown sugar together.

    In a third bowl, whip the cream until fluffy.

  • Step 4
    Fold whipped cream into the egg yolks and sugar mixture.
  • Step 5
    Fold in the beaten egg whites and the Bailey's Irish Cream.

  • Step 6
    Refrigerate until needed and serve as a dip with a fresh fruit platter.
Recipe Notes

Use whatever fruit you prefer.

Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
