The most beautiful dip for a fresh fruit platter you could ever wish for. It can also be used as a topping for dessert.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs separated
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup Baileys Irish cream liqueur
- 1 rockmelon
- 1 watermelon
- 1 punnet fresh strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 1 honeydew melon
Method

Step 1Whip egg whites until stiff.

Step 2In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks and brown sugar together.

Step 3In a third bowl, whip the cream until fluffy.

Step 4Fold whipped cream into the egg yolks and sugar mixture.

Step 5Fold in the beaten egg whites and the Bailey's Irish Cream.

Step 6Refrigerate until needed and serve as a dip with a fresh fruit platter.
Recipe Notes
Use whatever fruit you prefer.
Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
