An easy slice recipe with soaked, dried apricots and four other ingredients. So easy to make and very yummy.
Ingredients
- 200 g Angas Park dried apricots diced dried
- 2 cups Woolworths Essentials Self-Raising Flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
- 185g butter, melted
Method

Step 1Soak apricots in hot water for 2 hours then drain.

Step 2Add sifted flour, sugar and coconut. Pour over melted butter.

Step 3Mix well and press into a greased 30 cm x 20 cm slice tin. Bake at 180C for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and leave in tray to cool.

Step 4Once cool slices can be cut up as is or you can make a lemon icing to drizzle on top.
