Tasty slice using eggs, vegetables and cheese.
Ingredients
- 6 large egg beaten
- 250 g bacon rashers diced
- 1 onion diced medium
- 1 capsicum diced small
- 2 carrot grated medium
- 3 zucchini grated
- 1 cup cheese grated
- 1 cup self-raising flour
Method

Step 1Cook onion and bacon until onion has softened.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine capsicum, carrots, flour, cheese, zucchini, salt and pepper, bacon and onion.

Step 3Add eggs and stir until well-combined.

Step 4Place in a cooking paper lined lasagne dish.

Step 5Bake at 180C for approximately 30-40 minutes or until golden.

Step 6Cool slightly, cut into squares and serve.
Recipe Notes
Can be used as main meal with salad and chips. I like to use it as a snack at BBQs, cut into bite-size serves.
