A rich, easy to make Christmas treat.
Ingredients
- 375 g white chocolate melts
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 cup mixed dried fruit
- 1 cup Rice Bubbles
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup milk powder
- 1/4 cup glace cherries halved optional
Method

Step 1Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Do not let the base of the bowl touch the water.

Step 2In a small pot boil the cream.

Step 3Mix the dried mixed fruit, Rice Bubbles, coconut and milk powder into the melted white chocolate.

Step 4Stir in the cream and cherries and mix together carefully until well combined.

Step 5Press into a prepared tin and allow to set at room temperature for about an hour.

Step 6Cut into small squares with a knife dipped in boiling water
