All you need are four ingredients to whip up these super-simple cake pops that are perfect for your next party.
Ingredients
- 600g white chocolate mud cake
- 140g vanilla frosting
- 290g pkt white chocolate melts
- Coloured sprinkles, to decorate
Method

Step 1Line a baking tray with baking paper. Crumble mud cake, including icing, into a large bowl. Add frosting and stir until combined. Roll tablespoons of cake mixture into balls. Place on tray and place in the fridge for 1 hour to chill.

Step 2Place melts in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on High, stirring halfway, for 1 minute 30 seconds or until melted. Stir until smooth.

Step 3Place one cake pop stick into cake ball. Dip ball into chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drain. Scatter over sprinkles and place cake pops in a cup to stand upright. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until firm. Serve.
