Ingredients

  • 600g white chocolate mud cake
  • 140g vanilla frosting
  • 290g pkt white chocolate melts
  • Coloured sprinkles, to decorate

Method

  • Step 1
    Line a baking tray with baking paper. Crumble mud cake, including icing, into a large bowl. Add frosting and stir until combined. Roll tablespoons of cake mixture into balls. Place on tray and place in the fridge for 1 hour to chill.
  • Step 2
    Place melts in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on High, stirring halfway, for 1 minute 30 seconds or until melted. Stir until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Place one cake pop stick into cake ball. Dip ball into chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drain. Scatter over sprinkles and place cake pops in a cup to stand upright. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until firm. Serve.
