These cookies will be a winner in any family. Quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 125 g butter softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 cup white chocolate
- 1 cup macadamias chopped
Method

Step 1Cream butter and sugar.

Step 2Add egg and vanilla essence and mix in well.

Step 3Add plain flour and self-raising flour, and mix well.

Step 4Stir in white chocolate buttons and macadamia nuts.

Step 5Place spoonfuls of mixture on a baking tray allowing some room to spread.

Step 6Bake at 175C for 15 minutes until light golden and firm to touch.

Step 7Leave on tray for a few minutes then transfer to wire rack to cool.
