These 3-ingredient white chocolate 'Bounty' truffles are a delicious twist on the traditional chocolate treat. Using simple ingredients from your pantry, these tiny coconut truffles are perfect when you're looking for a little sweet treat.
Ingredients
- 395g condensed milk
- 3 cups desiccated coconut
- 290g white chocolate melts
Method

Step 1Mix condensed milk and desiccated coconut until well-combined.

Step 2Roll mixture into small balls and place on a plate. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Step 3Melt white chocolate in a bain-marie (or in the microwave) until smooth. Set aside.

Step 4Place 1 heaped tablespoon of desiccated coconut into a pan on low heat. Using a spatula, keep the coconut moving until it has turned a light brown colour. Remove immediately from heat and place in a small bowl to cool.

Step 5Using a toothpick, dip each chilled coconut ball into melted white chocolate. Allow the excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl. Place on a plate and sprinkle with toasted desiccated coconut. Repeat with remaining balls. Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
