Who isn't obsessed with Virgin River at the moment? It was music to my ears to hear Season 5 is currently in production! I have to admit that my curiosity was piqued when Hope attempted to make hermit cookies in Season 4, but due to the repercussions of her accident, she couldn't quite remember the recipe. Well here is my version and they are perfect for enjoying with a cuppa along with a few more episodes of Virgin River. - Amira Georgy
