It's a lot nicer than it sounds!
Ingredients
- 850 g canned baked beans
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 onion diced
- 2 garlic clove
- 1 tsp ginger crushed
- 4 tbs curry powder *to taste
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 seasoning
Method

Step 1Sauté the onion, garlic and ginger until onion is tender. Add curry powder and spices for 30 seconds until you can smell them.

Step 2Add tomato and tins of baked beans.

Step 3Heat through and add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4Serve with rice and pappadums, toast or make jaffles with the mixture.
