Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked overnight
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt heaped
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp Bragg's nutritional yeast flakes

Method

  • Step 1
    Strain the soaked cashews, then pop into a blender or food processor and blitz.
  • Step 2
    Add lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt and cold water, then blend for 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Store in an air-tight container and serve cold from the fridge.
Recipe Notes

Soak for a minimum of 4 hours.

You can buy nutritional yeast from health food stores.
