Ingredients
- 800 g sweet potato chopped peeled
- 1/2 cup thickened cream
- 60 g butter
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Method

Step 1Place the sweet potatoes in a steaming basket over a medium pan of water and steam for 15 minutes, or until tender.

Step 2Place in a large bowl with cream and butter. Mash with a potato masher until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
