Ingredients

  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 500g chopped cooked turkey
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 diced onion
  • 1/2 cup tinned corn
  • 1/2 tinned asparagus

Method

  • Step 1
    Sift flour and salt.
    Turkey, corn and asparagus fritters
  • Step 2
    Add whisked egg and milk mix til smooth.
  • Step 3
    Rest 1/2 hour.
  • Step 4
    Add ingredients and fry in olive oil both sides til brown.
  • Step 5
    Serve with cranberry sauce
