So easy and healthy.
Ingredients
- 250 g spaghetti
- 450 g canned tuna in brine drained
- 8 broccoli florets cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup pine nuts toasted
- 1/4 tsp lemon zested
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/4 tsp red chilli chopped optional seeds removed
- 1/4 cup parmesan grated
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Method

Step 1Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Add salt.

Step 2Add spaghetti and cook until al dente. Drain.

Step 3Meanwhile, boil broccoli until just cooked.

Step 4Toss the pasta with the tuna, broccoli, pine nuts, lemon zest, chilli and olive oil.

Step 5Squeeze the lemon juice over.

Step 6Divide into 4 bowls and top with Parmesan cheese.

You can also add a few capers and some chopped jalapenos from a jar.
