A very easy, delicious choc chip biscuit, and it makes about 100.
Ingredients
- 395 g condensed milk
- 1 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 500 g soft butter
- 5 cup self-raising flour
- 250 g milk chocolate chips
- 250 g dark chocolate chips
- 250 g white chocolate chips
Method

Step 1Mix condensed milk, caster sugar and butter together until creamy.

Step 2Add flour, one cup at a time, mixing inbetween each addition.

Step 3Add choc chips and mix.

Step 4Roll into small balls and flatten slightly.

Step 5Bake at 190C (fan forced) until slightly golden.

Step 6Cool on rack.

They are a handy snack. Cookies can be frozen and still taste great.
