Ingredients
- 3 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 onion finely chopped small
- 150 g mushrooms sliced
- 500 g beef mince
- 3 tsp Leggo's tomato paste heaped
- 1 beef stock cube
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 1 dash soy sauce
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 packet spaghetti no. 1
Method

Step 1Heat water in a large saucepan for the spaghetti

Step 2Add oil to medium saucepan. Heat on low and add mushroom and chopped onion. Sautee until soft and onion is translucent.

Step 3Increase heat and add the mince. Cook on high until mince is browned. Reduce heat to simmer and add Leggo’s tomato paste, stock cubes, soy sauce and oregano. Simmer.

Step 4Add spaghetti to boiling water and cook for 10 minutes or until al dente.

Step 5Drain spaghetti, serve on plates, add meat sauce and top with parmesan cheese to taste. Enjoy!
