This tasty salad is always a hit at bbq's and so quick to prepare. It goes well with all types of grilled meats.
Ingredients
- 400 g canned chickpeas drained
- 1 punnet cherry tomato halved
- 1/2 onion finely chopped small
- 1/3 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley finely chopped firmly packed
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and pepper

Step 1Toss all ingredients in a bowl to combine.
