A fresh and tasty starter to have in the summer time.
Ingredients
- 4 slices bread thick slices
- 4 tomatoes fresh sliced
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Method

Step 1Grill the bread slices on both sides.

Step 2Place all other ingredients in a bowl and mix, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3Serve bread on a plate with the tomato mixture on top.
