Recipe Notes
What other kind of chocolate can I use in these cheesecake truffles?
If you don't have Tim Tams, or you feel like getting creative, you can replace the Tim Tams with any chocolate-coated biscuit you like. The white chocolate drizzle is optional, and you could use Caramilk chocolate or another melted chocolate, if you prefer.
What's in a cheesecake truffle?
Cheesecake truffles are named so because they contain all the delicious flavours of a cheesecake, owing to cream cheese, biscuit and chocolate mix-ins. These truffles are really easy to make with the use of a food processor.
