A wonderful, tasty recipe that is very easy to make, and perfect for lovers of coriander.
Ingredients
- 500 g green prawns shelled tails intact
- 1/2 cup coriander chopped
- 2 tbs teriyaki marinade
- 1 lime juiced
- 2 slices lime rind
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chilli chopped
- 60 g butter melted
Method

Step 1Mix butter, sugar, chilli, lime juice and rind, teriyaki sauce and coriander.

Step 2Pour over prawns, stir to coat well.

Step 3Allow prawns to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 4Heat a wok or frying pan until very hot, add prawns and marinade.

Step 5Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until prawns change colour.

Step 6Serve over rice.
Recipe Notes
I use teriyaki, but kecap manis or soy would probably work well too.
