This is a yummy casserole that you can use with chicken or beef.
Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast fillet
- 2 carrots sliced
- 1 celery stick sliced
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tbs curry powder
- 2 tbs golden syrup
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 tbs plain flour
- 1 apple sliced
- 420g can condensed tomato soup
- 1 cup water
Method

Step 1Cut meat into 2.5 cm pieces and place in slow cooker.

Step 2Add celery, onion, carrot and apple.

Step 3Blend flour, curry powder, golden syrup, lemon juice, tomato soup and water.

Step 4Add to meat and vegetables and mix well.

Step 5Cook for 6-8 hours on low.
Recipe Notes
Adjust curry powder to taste, this recipe is mild.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
