A yummy dip for crackers or vegetable sticks.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup semi-dried tomato chopped drained
- 250 g cream cheese brought to room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper *to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
Method

Step 1Add tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to food processor and process until blended.

Step 2Add fresh basil and continue to process until smooth.

Step 3Chill for at least one hour before serving.
