Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup semi-dried tomato chopped drained
  • 250 g cream cheese brought to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper *to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil

Method

  • Step 1
    Add tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to food processor and process until blended.
  • Step 2
    Add fresh basil and continue to process until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Chill for at least one hour before serving.
Recipe Notes
Use semi dried or sun-dried tomatoes.
