Ingredients

  • 3 sheets puff pastry
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar

Method

  • Step 1
    Defrost sheets of puff pastry and preheat oven to 180C.
  • Step 2
    Line two baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
  • Step 3
    Cut puff pastry in half and then into strips.
  • Step 4
    Twist each strip and line on baking tray.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Step 6
    Allow to cool, and then dust with icing sugar.

  • 2 baking tray
  • 2 baking paper
Recipe Notes

If desired, you can also sprinkle them with honey and crushed walnuts instead of icing sugar.
