Tender tasty marinade.
Ingredients
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs oyster sauce
- 1 tbs white vinegar
- 1 tbs bicarbonate of soda
Method

Step 1Mix ingredients together in a bowl.

Step 2Add meat and marinade overnight, if possible.
Recipe Notes
Quantities can be changed to suit amount of meat. This recipe will do 4 good sized steaks. This can also be used as stir fry base. Will make even cheap cuts of meat tender.
