Ingredients
- 1 1/5 kg fries
Chipotle crema
- 250 ml plain Greek yoghurt
- 200 ml mayonnaise
- 60 ml Tabasco Chipotle sauce
Oven toppings
- 100 g black beans
- 100 g red onion sliced
- 10 cherry tomatoes quartered
- 30 g jalapeno sliced
- 200 g canned sweet corn
- 400 g white cheddar cheese
Garnish
- 1 scoop guacamole *to garnish
- 1 handful coriander *to garnish
- 2 lime wedges *to garnish
Method

Step 1In a bowl, mix together the chipotle crema ingredients then set aside.

Step 2Fry the fries until golden, then drizzle with the chipotle crema and sprinkle the toppings and grated cheese over the top.

Step 3Place under the grill until the cheese is melted and golden.

Step 4Serve topped with the coriander, guacamole and lime wedges.
