These fillets are coated in a yoghurt and curry powder based marinade.
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg (fillets) chicken thighs halved
- 100 g plain yoghurt
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbs lemon juice
Method

Step 1Combine all ingredients except the chicken in a bowl or casserole dish.

Step 2Add the chicken, coat well and refrigerate overnight.

Step 3Grill or barbeque the fillets until well-browned and cooked through.
Recipe Notes
Serve with salad or rice.
These are tasty but fairly mild, so add more curry powder if preferred.
