Ingredients

  • 250g packet milk arrowroot biscuits
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 x 50g Snickers bars, cut into 30 pieces
  • 2 cups granulated nuts, finely chopped
  • 300g milk chocolate, melted

Method

  • Step 1
Process biscuits in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Transfer to a large bowl. Add condensed milk. Stir until combined.
  • Step 2
Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. Using damp hands, flatten 1 level tbs of mixture in the palm of your hand. Place 1 piece of Snickers in centre. Shape biscuit mixture around Snickers to enclose. Roll into a ball. Place on 1 prepared tray. Repeat with remaining biscuit mixture and Snickers pieces to make 30 balls.
  • Step 3
Place nuts in a shallow bowl. Using a fork, dip balls, 1 at a time, in melted chocolate, allowing excess to drain. Return to tray. Set aside for 5 minutes or until chocolate starts to set. Using a clean fork, transfer balls, 1 at a time, into nuts. Gently turn to coat. Place on remaining prepared tray. Stand for 30 minutes or until set. Serve.
