These easy chocolate biscuits are so yummy, you just cannot resist!
Ingredients
- 125g soft butter
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar firmly packed
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 3/4 cup self-raising flour
- 120g Snickers chopped
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
- 100g milk chocolate chopped
Method

Step 1Beat butter and sugar in small bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy.

Step 2Add egg and beat until just combined. Transfer mixture to a large bowl.

Step 3Stir in sifted flour, Snickers bars, peanuts and chocolate until combined.

Step 4Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and place approximately 5 cm apart on a lightly greased oven tray and flatten slightly with a fork.

Step 5Bake at 180C conventional oven or 160C fan forced for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown

Step 6Cool on tray before storing in an airtight container.
