A simple slow cooker recipe for those in a hurry.
Ingredients
- 410 g canned cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup honey mustard
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp salt and pepper *to taste
- 4 pork chops fat trimmed thick
Method

Step 1Combine all ingredients except pork chops in a large bowl and mix well.

Step 2Layer pork chops at the bottom of a slow cooker and sprinkle with a little pepper.

Step 3Drizzle soup mixture over the chops and cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.

Step 4Remove cooked chops and place on a plate.

Step 5Stir sauce well to mix and serve over pork chops.

Recipe Notes
Also nice served over fluffy rice.
For a meat and vegetable dish, slice 3 potatoes and place under the pork chops.
