The most tender chicken ever!
Ingredients
- 2 x 10 chicken breast fillet
- 1 cup chicken stock (liquid)
- 2 lemon
- 2 tbs honey
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp mixed peppercorns
Method

Step 1Place lemon on base of slow cooker add stock and all other ingredients.

Step 2Cook on high for 5 hours.

I served mine with Moroccan couscous with sour cream on the side.
