Ingredients

  • 375 g jam sponge roll
  • 85 g jelly cooked
  • 500 g thick vanilla custard
  • 500 ml thickened cream whipped
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 30 g Cadbury Flake Chocolate bar, crushed

Method

  • Step 1
    Slice jam roll and place a single layer around the base and sides of a 2½ litre serving dish.
  • Step 2
    Make an even layer of jelly over the jam roll base.
  • Step 3
    Pour custard over jelly and spread evenly.
  • Step 4
    Whip cream with sugar. Cover custard layer with whipped cream.
  • Step 5
    Decorate top with crushed Flake bar.
  • Step 6
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
